If you have UK national clients living and working abroad looking to purchase or remortgage a UK property, speak to us.

We can help expats with residential and buy to let mortgages, borrowing up to £750,000. We have no maximum age and will consider self employed applicants, with most countries of residence accepted.

  • All deals feature fee free overpayments up to 50% of original loan amount

  • Applicants must be employed by recognised international employer (large multinational firm) - for residential applications the firm must have a UK presence
  • Self employed applicants considered on a case by case basis - give us a call on 0330 123 1073
  • Most countries of residence considered, except for those which are UN Sanctioned
  • Employed, self employed, pension and investment income considered when assessing affordability
  • New build houses accepted
  • Minimum income £40,000 (or equivalent)
  • We will accept applications where the deposit has been built up in a foreign currency

  • Up to 80% LTV with maximum £750,000 advance
  • For applicants paid in GBP and selected foreign currencies
  • For purchase or remortgage of a UK property

Expat Buy to Let

  • Up to 80% LTV with maximum £750,000 advance
  • For applicants paid in any currency
  • Top slicing available on discount rate products for applicants not meeting rental cover requirements (GBP income only)
  • Transitional cases calculated at 125% rental cover
  • Non owner occupiers considered
