We've been lending on self build projects for a number of years, and whether it's a new build, renovation, conversion or a knock down and rebuild - we know what we're doing, and we can help you through the process too.

We'll lend on the land, consider projects which have already started and lend on MMC schemes which are BOPAS registered.

Unfortunately we cannot lend on multi-plot or group developments.
